This film tells the story of Chris Bonen, a snowplow driver in the Upper Peninsula, of Michigan, one of the most intense, snow-ridden places in the United States.
No matter how grueling the weather conditions are, Chris, his dog Brian, and his diesel pick-up are on the road for 12 hours, starting at 4:00 AM, to make sure that everybody in town has a clear path to be able to get to their destination.
To Chris, the greatest reward for his hard work is in knowing that he is able to help others.
