A Fully Functional Ford F550 Work Truck - Crane/Welding Service Body

Here’s a very sharp and fully functional Ford F550 work truck outfitted with service body, crane and outriggers, welding and acetylene cutting equipment, air compressor, air hose reel, step bumper and a 2” receiver tube for towing.

If you are a work truck buff, this truck will definitely get your attention. This unit was built by Doering Equipment in Franklin, Massachusetts for use by the town of Franklin municipal sewer department.  It is a Standard Cab F550 chassis with an 84 inch cab-axle. It is an Auto Crane service body or crane style service body with plenty of cabinet space including the tall front cabinets for the gas bottles and tall tools, etc. The crane is mounted on the curbside rear corner and the Miller Welding machine and the VanAir air compressor with receiver tank are mounted street-side. Notice the great looking rear step bumper and recessed tow hitch.

Doering Equipment specializes in building and mounting work truck bodies for the municipal and utility market. They provide body installations on Light, Medium and Heavy-Duty truck chassis’.
