Here's a factory tilt-cab Hybrid commercial truck sold in Australia by Hino. It is the 300 series, 714 Hybrid model with regenerative braking, and a GVM of 6500kg (14,330 GVWR). It is equipped with a 100kW (134hp) Hino N04C TN diesel motor with 353Nm torque (260 lbs ft). The electric motor is an AC 3-phase, 288 volt motor with 36kW of output and using nickel metal hydride batteries. The Hybrid model comes standard with a 6-speed manual transmission, 4-wheel disk brakes, ABS brakes, and much more.
