Real Power - Pure AC Power For Your Truck

This is a display model of the Real Power PTO driven power generation system at the NTEA Work Truck Show last month. They also had a medium duty truck with a large system installed, and this model saves crawling underneath the truck. It really demonstrates the simplicity of the system.

The Real Power generators deliver pure AC power and are the first chassis integrated AC generator system that provides pure sine wave electricity. Real Power generators are practical, affordable, compact, self-sufficient, and have limitless applications. Unique design/operational features include:

• Low profile PTO drive and housing designed to fit under an un-modified standard floor plan on 2-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicles (no cut-out required) without hydraulics, special control cards, or split shafts
• AC power generated by the truck's transmission power take off (PTO) gear, not its electrical system
• Generates real AC power, not simulated or converted power
• 12kW unit generates 12,000 clean, continuous watts of power; 15kW unit generates 15,000 watts
• Bot units simultaneously offer both 120 volt and 240 volt outlets; 12kW units provide 100 amps at 120 volts, 50 amps at 240 volts. 15 kW units provide 125 amps at 120 volts and 62.5 amps at 240 volts
• A PTO driven gear that disengages from the transmission drive gear when not in operation (no fuel losses during normal truck operation, no noise during normal truck operation)
• Driver side installed PTO (no heat-related issues with exhaust systems)
• 185 lbs total weight - one of the lightest vehicle-integrated systems on the market
• Generator mounts under the vehicle and does not consume any bed space and requires no holes drilled in frame for mounting, and usually mounts completely inside the frame rails and does not affect ground clearance.
• Outlet box measure 8"x9" and can be mounted in a variety of locations
• Complete integration with truck's factory installed engine control module and programming
• Adaptable to a variety of truck makes and models
